What will happen once you have decided to make a vehicle purchase? Whether this is your first car purchase or if it has been a while since your last purchase, you may have questions on the process. We have prepared a step-by-step list for you to follow to insure a smooth transaction.
You will meet with our Business Manager, Chad Weier, or one of his representatives to complete the purchase. There is a lot of paperwork with a motor vehicle purchase and it is the law that everything is gone over to asurre you of exactly what you are getting and what it is going to cost.
When you come in to do the final paperwork, there are a few things you should bring with you:
To finish up the actual purchase or lease:
Chad Weier, our Business Manager, will review with you the possible options of cash or finance, purchase or lease and acquire titling information. If you are financing, he will secure bank approvals and review the terms with you. At this time, he will also discuss various loan and vehicle protection options. Following all of these decisions, he will complete the required documentation. This process will take about 20 minutes.
Once the papers are signed and the keys are yours, your Sales Consultant will take you through the many features of the vehicle to make sure you know where everything is and how it operates. You will probably find out about items you didn't even know were on the vehicle because so many wonderful conveniences and safety features are simply standard any more. The entire process will take about 30 to 40 minutes. Now it's your turn to jump in and experience your new ride!
Later on, our Accounting Department will prepare your new title and licensing / tax documents for you to take to your local courthouse. They will mail you a notice when these papers are ready to be picked up. A trip to the courthouse to register your vehicle and you are done!
But remember, even though the transaction is now complete, as a full-service dealer, we are still here for you.
